Farrell's Bellevue is a 10-week group fitness program for anyone seeking to revamp their current way of living. Classes are 45 minutes long, six days per week, alternating between cardio kickboxing and strength training. All members receive our 10-Week Challenge, nutrition coaching, meal plans, personal coaches, and a supportive and encouraging environment to reach their goals.

That depends on the individual. While your weight is an important piece of your health, focusing entirely on weight loss will only produce short-term success. We center on body fat loss, not just weight loss, to ensure your journey to a healthier way of life is well-rounded!
We offer three flexible enrollment options and work with you to find the one that fits your needs. We recommend reaching out to your preferred location for more details. We offer a free week of classes to try the Farrell's program!

All Farrell's locations utilize the industry-leading, heart-rate tracking, wearable Myzone. Members may purchase a Myzone belt to wear in and outside of the gym. Myzone is an important part of the Farrell's program and is used to watch heart rate during both our HIIT-style cardio kickboxing workouts and strength training classes. Instructors and coaches use Myzone to set the speed of the class and ensure members are achieving their Level 10!
Want to learn what you’re really made of? Being aware of your body composition is the first step to keeping track of your results. At Farrell's, we measure with InBody, an award-winning body composition analysis scale, which analyzes fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water. InBody verifies the results you’re acquiring on the mats onto paper, so you can see how much body fat you’re getting rid of and how much lean muscle you’re building!
Our workouts aren’t over-the-top, but the results you’ll achieve if you commit to our program are. You’ll be able to customize your workouts to your preferred level of intensity, while progressing toward your individual goals. We also offer modifications for all of our exercises to ensure a great workout.

Of course not! When we begin our 10-Week Challenge, everyone starts together. We have members of all ages and fitness abilities, each with their own goals. And remember, all of our coaches and instructors were formerly students too.
This is exactly why we schedule our 10-Week Challenges—so everyone starts and ends as a group. We introduce each 10-Week Challenge by demonstrating the most fundamental fitness kickboxing and strength training exercises, building on those starting moves during your 10 weeks. It won’t be too long before throwing combinations at the heavy bag will feel like second nature.
Nutrition is a core component of your transformation at Farrell's. That’s why we made our nutrition program uncomplicated! We’ll design and instruct you on simple routines that will keep you motivated and headed in the right direction. From simple meal planning to complete nutrition coaching, we will be there to provide the support you need to be successful.

If you follow our 10-Week program as defined and do not experience improvement in at least 70 percent of your fitness testing, we will refund all your money. Since we cannot be with you 24/7 and can only educate you on and encourage good eating habits, members must provide their food logs each week during the challenge to help us better coach you to achieve great results.
